All prices listed below begin at 12:00 am central time on the first date listed and end at 11:59 pm on the last date listed. All extra services are subject to availability after the regular registration deadline.

Beginning with the 2024 season and over the next several years, we will be gradually raising the prices of all full tour registration types (regular, non-rider, and volunteer) to eventually be about 17% (1/6) more than our other week long tours in Wisconsin. This is because GRABAAWR is a seven day tour while our other week long tours are only six days and we incur about 17% (1/6) more expenses running GRABAAWR accordingly.

Regular Registration Deadlines and Late Registration
The regular registration deadline will be at 11:59 pm CDT, Friday May 15th, 2026, which is four weeks before the start of the tour.

After the regular registration deadline late fees will be assessed. The late fee for riders is $150.00 for the full tour and $30.00 per day for a partial day tour. The late fee for non-riders is $100.00 for the full tour and $20.00 per day for a partial day tour.

Rider Registration

Non-Rider and Volunteer Registration
All registrations on a volunteer basis require prior approval.

Transportation Service from Prairie du Chien to Phelps BEFORE THE START of the Tour
Includes transportation for you, your bicycle, and your baggage.

Bicycles That Require Special Handling and Care - $30.00 additional
There will be an additional $30.00 fee to transport bicycles that require special handing and care (recumbents, e-bikes, etc.) Additional fees may apply for tandem or other bicycle types. However a tandem bicycle will not incur an additional fee if both people riding it register for the same transportation service. Trikes (any bicycle with more than two wheels) are not allowed due to our inability to easily and quickly transport them.

Late Fee - $30.00 additional
In order to assist capacity planning, there will be a $30.00 late fee after the regular registration deadline for all transportation services (if available) since we may need to charter an additional bus.

Long Term Parking - no charge

Supported Hotel Baggage Delivery Service - no charge (included in registration)

Extra Services
The number of days you register for extra services must match the number of days you will attend the tour.

Towel Service
Includes a fresh towel and washcloth each day of the tour.

Tent Rental
Includes daily set-up and take down.
