OVERALL INSTRUCTIONS

Items will be added to your online "Shopping Cart" one by one in an "Ala Carte" fashion. After adding an item to your shopping cart you can either click "Continue Shopping" to add more items or one of the "Check Out" buttons to pay.

To order additional items highlight the number under the "Quantity" column and type the quantity of the item you wish to purchase. The item quantity will be updated.

Corrections
If you incorrectly add an item, simply click "Remove" under the quantity of the item. The item will be removed from your Shopping Cart.

If you unintentionally add the same item twice, "2" will show up under the "Quantity" column. To change the quantity back to 1 simply highlight the "2" and type "1". The item quantity will be updated.

View Cart
If you accidentally close the "Shopping Cart" window, simply click the "View Cart" button. Your "Shopping Cart" items will remain the same as before you closed the window.

Check-Out and Payment
Carefully check your "Shopping Cart" to make sure you've selected all the items you want, and that the quantities and options of each item are correct.

If you have a PayPal account
Click the "PayPal Check Out" button. You will be redirected to PayPal to pay. Log in to PayPal and complete payment through your PayPal account.

You do not have to pay through your PayPal account even if you have one. Just pay as if you do not have a PayPal account (this allows you to pay with credit cards not linked to your PayPal account).

If you do not have a PayPal account
You do not need to register for one. Click on the "Check Out" Pay without a PayPal account section and follow the instructions listed to pay by credit card.

Payment Completion and Confirmation
After successfully completing online registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from PayPal listing the items you purchased.

Partial Day Tour Additional Day Registration
To add the initial additional day for a Partial Day Tour Registration click on the pull-down menu next to the type of participation (Rider or Non-Rider) and select the first day you wish to add. Click on the "Add to Cart" button and the "Shopping Cart" window will appear. "Will to Ben Partial Day Tour Additional Day Registration" and "Rider" or "Non-Rider" will appear as the item and the initial additional day you selected will be listed as the option.

To add another day click "Continue Shopping", click on the pull-down menu and select the next day you wish to add. Click on the "Add to Cart" button and the "Shopping Cart" window will reappear. "Will to Ben Partial Day Tour Additional Day Registration" and "Rider" or "Non-Rider" will appear as an additional item and the next day you selected will be listed as the option.

Transportation Service from Sparta to Port Byron BEFORE THE START of the Tour
To add transportation service from Sparta to Port Byron before the start of the tour click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the type of bicycle you will be transporting and the "Shopping Cart" window will appear. "Will to Ben Transportation Service" and the bicycle type you selected will appear as the item.

Mechanical Support Plan
To add the mechanical support plan click on the "Add to Cart" button above the number of days you will be participating and the "Shopping Cart" window will appear. "Will to Ben Mechanical Support Plan:" will appear as the item and the number of days you selected will be listed as the option.

Towel Service
To add towel service during the tour click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the number of days you will be attending and the "Shopping Cart" window will appear. "Will to Ben Towel Service" and the number of days you selected will appear as the item.

Tent Rental
To add tent rental during the tour click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the type of tent and number of days you will be attending and the "Shopping Cart" window will appear. "Will to Ben Tent Rental" and the type of tent and the number of days you selected will appear as the item.

Chair Rental
To add chair rental during the tour click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the number of days you will be attending and the "Shopping Cart" window will appear. "Will to Ben Chair Rental" and the number of days you selected will appear as the item.
