Come bike Wisconsin and discover why the Dairy State is one of the best in the nation for cycling. If you are a cyclist that loves high mileage and soaring hills, we have a challenging ride for you. If you are a satisfied veteran of past rides, we have that ride that you came to love so much. And if you’re a laid-back biker who likes to stop and smell the daisies, we have an easy, family-friendly adventure for you. On all of our tours, you will follow winding rivers or great lake shorelines, explore quaint villages, delight in our lush forests and picturesque family farms, enjoy the flavors of the dairy land and spend time with friendly Wisconsinites – all while rolling on smooth, low-traffic farm-to-market roads. This is where you want to bicycle!
Enjoy a vacation on your bicycle. Feel the wind in your face, the sun on your back, smell the morning air, watch birds circle overhead… take each mile at your own pace. Enjoy lunch in small town cafes with new-found friends. Browse unique shops. Soak in the local sights of each town along the way. This is what memories are made of.
At Bike Wisconsin®, we organize fun tours in beautiful places for people of all ages and abilities. Whether you are new to bicycle touring or are a seasoned veteran, we have a bike tour for you. All tours are designed "by cyclists for cyclists", with a commitment to support our host communities and promote the fun, fitness, adventure and great times available to you when riding a bicycle.
GRABAAWR® 27th annual, June 16-23, 2012, A challenging 7-day bicycle tour following the scenic Wisconsin River. Travel through the heart of Wisconsin on the smooth, low-traffic back roads of dairy land. Discover Delicious tasty food, fresh air, new friends and fun. About 70 miles per day. 1000 rider limit.
Bike Northwoods Tour 14th annual, July 7-13, 2012. Small friendly cycle tour with a personal feel. Pedal on light-traffic roads through the glacial hills and forests of the Wisconsin's Northwoods. Discover small-town fun and excitment, history, natural beauty and tasty delights of the Dairy Land. Come join our cycling family. Tasty meal plan and Deluxe Tent options and more!. About 50-60 miles per day. 400 rider limit.
SAGBRAW® 35th annual, July 28-August 3, 2012. Come join SAGBRAW - the oldest cross-state bike ride. This tour has family cycling for all ages with fabulous food and fun stops along the route. Enjoy all the scenery and while pedaling the quiet, rustic back-roads of Wisconsin. Super food meal plan options and more!. 50-60 miles per day. 1000 rider limit.
