Getting to the Tour Start in Columbus

Tour Start

The tour start will be at the
Columbus High School, 1164 Farham St, Columbus, WI

Be sure to allow yourself adequate time for the drive to the staging area, because construction delays are common.

Ride share to the tour start
If you need a ride or you can ride-share to the tour start, you can post a message on the Bike Wisconsin forum.

Go Amtrak
Consider getting to the Tour Start by Amtrak. Columbus Wisconsin is served by Amtrak and it is along the Empire Builder route.

If you are shipping your bike 
Bicycles can be shipped via UPS or FedEx to Wheel & Sprocket. They are the bike shop that will be supporting the tour. Wheel and Sprocket will bring your bike to the start. Make arrangements with them to ship your bike out at the end of the tour. Check with them for details about shipping your bike. Email Doug.jansen@wheelandsprocket.net

Long-term parking at the tour start
You can park your vehicle at the tour start, (for a fee), for the week of the tour. Parking is at your own risk. You can prepay for the Long-term Parking Pass and pick it up when you arrive at the tour start.

Pre-Ride Camping
is available, (for a fee), Friday July 30, at the tour start the night before the tour. You can prepay for the Pre-Ride Camping Permit and pick it up when you arrive at the tour start.
