Motel Luggage Valet

This optional service will transport your luggage daily to your motel and pick it up by the next day. Cycle directly to the motel and your luggage will be waiting for you!
This service is only for your luggage and is not intended as a taxi service. PRICE FOR THE MOTEL LUGGAGE VALET SERVICE IS PER BAG. There is a strict two bag, 45 lbs per bag limit, and roller bags are preferred. You can signup for either the entire week or just one night.
 The Motel Luggage Valet will only be provided to motels listed on the Official Motel lists. Consult the Motel lists below for the Official Tour Motels. Motels fill up fast and are a first-come-first served basis. Please reserve early.
Please contact us if any changes are made to your accommodations before the tour starts. Also let us know if you decide to leave the tour early.

How to sign up for Motel Luggage Valet:
If you want the Motel Luggage Valet for the entire week of the tour:

1. Signup for the Motel Luggage Valet either
   1) Use the fast and easy online registration
   2) Or print out a paper registration form
   3) Or call or email us at 608-843-8412 or info@bikewisconsin.com and we will send out a registration form to you right away.
2. PRICE FOR THE MOTEL LUGGAGE VALET IS PER BAG.
3. Using the Official Motel List as your guide, reserve your motel rooms. Remember motel reservations are your cost and responsibility.
4. You will receive an email in the spring from us. Fill it out with your motel list and return it to us, (mail or e-mail).
5. During registration, stop by the Motel Luggage Valet table for an orientation. We will transport your luggage to your first overnight town.
6. Your luggage will be picked up the next day at your motel and dropped-off at your next motel lobby or into your room depending on the motel policy every day of the tour.
7. Repeat daily for the rest of the tour.

3. Using the Official Motel List as your guide, reserve your motel rooms. Remember motel reservations are your responsibility.
4. You will receive an email in the spring from us. Fill it out with your motel list and return to us, (mail or e-mail).
5. Bring your luggage to the site Info Table by 7am the first morning you will be staying at a motel. You will receive an quick orientaion.
6. We will drop-off your luggage at your motel lobby or into your room depending on the motel policy. Your luggage will be picked up the next day at your motel.
7. Repeat for as many days as you have signed up for.
8. At conclusion, luggage will be dropped off at the final site Info Table.
