GROUP DISCOUNT
Please pass this information on to your club or group members.
Would you like to ride on the tour for FREE?
Well you can! Get 10 of your cycling friends to register with you on the tour and you, the 11th rider is free!
What is a Group Discount?
As the designated leader of your club or group, you will be entitled to the reimbursement of your registration fee upon completion of the tour.
How do I sign up my group?
1) Email or mail us with the names of the eleven or more cyclists (including you) who are in your group, before they register. To qualify, you must send us your entire group name list first, before we begin receiving any individual registrations from your group members.
2) Register for the tour. Indicate on your registration that you are participating in the group discount. Enter your name as the designated group leader (and contact person) in charge of your group and enter your group’s name. Keep in mind that your group's name must be appropriate for a family audience.
3) Tell each group member that they must specify your name and the group name on their registration form when they register online or by paper form.
Some restrictions do apply:
Since group members may register as part of your group anytime before the start of the tour and since group cancellations may occur, reimbursement of your registration fee will be processed only after the tour is completed. If for any reason your groups is not able to complete the tour, or are removed from the tour, this offer is void. A group cannot be created after individual entries are received. Group total size is eleven persons or more, with one designated group leader. This offer is good only toward one tour registration fee and cannot be applied toward any other tour options, (i.e. meal plan, motor coach, or entertainment tickets). This offer is non-transferable, and void for groups with fewer than eleven persons.
Get set to have fun and we’ll see you on the tour!

"Fish Tacos in Cornucopia! The bear scare in Cable. The fire road on the option. Riding really fast in the pouring rain. The beautiful road into Cable (Lake Owen road). I was amazed how few cars there were and how quiet the Northwood can be," Cheryl A. Waukesha, WI
